Inspired by her grandmother's centuries-old recipes and her mother's passion for cooking, Craney has perfected her ricotta cheesecake and biscotti recipes over decades. Her commitment to infusing love into every baked creation reflects the deep-rooted Italian tradition of serving delicious food as a demonstration of affection. This soprano’s love for music and food runs deep. You may even hear her burst into song in the bakery booth!
